Liebe Claudia und Gregor, so schnell ist die Zeit in Costa Paradiso vergangen, wie schade! Vielen Dank für Alles, auch an Marina, es hat alles so unkompliziert geklappt. Die Gegend um Costa Paradiso ist traumhaft schön, gestern haben wir noch die Küste mit dem Boot abgefahren. Man muss ganz gut zu Fuß sein um in die Villa zu kommen mit den vielen Stufen, aber da man eh meist nur ein Mal am Tag den Weg macht, ist das kein großes Problem. Die Villa ist super groß und geräumig, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die Küche lässt es an nichts mangeln! Der Sonnenuntergang ist ein Träumchen auf der Terrasse... Restaurants sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und haben auch Angebote für uns Veggies! Wir sagen: Danke 😍

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo alloggio! La casa è esattamente come descritta, pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, tra cui la lavastoviglie. La posizione è perfetta, comoda per esplorare la zona e ben collegata ai principali servizi. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni domanda e a fornire consigli utili. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo e ben curato. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Merveilleuse maison en pierre isolée pour ceux qui aiment le calme et la tranquillité. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et malgré un petit soucis d'eau pendant le séjour, Valéria et son mari ont été très réactifs et on fait le nécessaire pour que l'eau revienne dans ce petit coin de paradis. L'endroit est très bien équipé toasteur, four, lave vaisselle..., tout pour passer du bon temps. Je recommande cet endroit paisible à quelques pas des falaises. Nous avons passé un excellent moment avec toute ma famille. Barbecue au top, réveil avec le bruit de la nature. Je ne pouvais rêver mieux.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, au calme, sans nuisances vu la fin de saison (fin octobre). La maison mitoyenne est comme décrite dans l'annonce. Attention peux de commerce ouvert à cette période dans la zone "Costa Paradiso, mais pas dérangeant avec de l'organisation.

We had an absolutely amazing week here. We quickly felt at home here, and the kitchen was well stocked so cooking at home was simple. We had plenty of room and the outdoor area was lovely. Antonio was extremely helpful and him and his brother gave us loads of ideas of where to go and where to eat. A beach nearby had a few additional rules which they let us know about and provided items to help us if we chose to go there. We had a fantastic holiday, thank you 😊

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans la maison de Gian Petro et Valeria. C’était vraiment top. La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire pour les vacances. Le jardin est agréable. Les animaux à proximité un vrai plus pour les enfants. Une voiture est indispensable pour se rendre à la maison, et voyager à travers la Sardaigne. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et très réactifs. La maison est beaucoup plus jolie que sur les photos, la décoration a été modifiée et c’est très agréable. Nous vous la conseillons fortement. Merci de votre accueil. À bientôt 👋🏻

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles Benötigte in der Küche war vorhanden. Die Badezimmer waren perfekt sauber. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig. Die Terrasse und der Swimming Pool mit der Morgensonne sind ideal. Die Gegend ist wunderbar ländlich und es ist möglich, schöne Wandertouren zu unternehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 6 km entfernt.

We loved our stay at David and Caterina's apartment. It was exactly as described and in a great location, the place was tucked away and felt really peaceful yet was close to the town centre and beautiful beaches. Caterina gave us recommendations on things to do and places to visit. The local beach Spiaggia di Maria Pia was only a 5 min drive and stunning! We loved feeding the goats and the dogs that live at the property! All in all a wonderful stay.

Séjour très agréable. Frederica et ses parents très disponibles et discrets. Plages magnifiques à 10 mn de voiture. Centre ville à 5 mn à pied, tout commerces. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Jardin et terrasse fleuris où nous avons pris quelques repas et où nous avons bu une spécialité locale, le Mirto, délicieuse après un café maison offerts par nos hôtes. Très gentils !

Die Lage mit dem tollen Ausblick hat sich bestätigt. Mirko ist jederzeit ansprechbar, antwortet schnell und hatte auch ein kleines Gastgeschenk parat. Abstriche muss man bei der Größe der Wohnung machen und dass das zweite Bett ein Etagenbett ist, sollte man wissen. Das Foto in der Beschreibung ist irreführend, da nicht passend.

Nice place, we got bigger apartment, because our had some emergency issue. Very spacious, I like the colourfulness inside a lot. 10min away by car for almost all attractions we wanted, I’d recommend it.

Abbiamo soggiornato l’ultima settimana di agosto e la prima settimana di settembre 2024. La posizione è veramente comoda a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Abbiamo trovato un appartamento molto pulito, accogliente e soprattutto attrezzato di tutto. Il giardino è semplicemente meraviglioso con una vista mozzafiato per godersi la colazione e gli aperitivi serali. Il proprietario è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Luigi est un hôte très réactif et professionnel. Nous avons eu un excellant accueil, par un hôte très courtois et très agréable. Le logement était en très bon état, similaire aux photos. Wifi très bon débit. Il nous a fournis les documents nécessaires à de multiples visites et restaurants. Également grâce à lui nous avons pu louer une voiture pour un coût intéressant et avec un loueur très professionnel et réactif. Nous reviendrons si l’opportunité se représente !

Siamo stati dove volevamo essere, per una vacanza bellissima, in un posto da sogno.Premettendo che il periodo era fuori stagione, ciò non ha tolto il fascino a questo luogo davvero incantevole. La casa è molto accogliente, silenziosa e molto pulita. C è tutto il necessario per viverla al meglio.Ampi spazi esterni attrezzati con parcheggio riservato. La spiaggia, molto vicina, anzi vicinissima e il mare cristallino, la rendono davvero un posto magico (4 km di sabbia e dune solo per noi). È vero, ad Ottobre c era poca gente e questa recensione non farà testo, ma ci siamo goduti quel paradiso in ogni suo spazio. Nei mesi estivi sarà sicuramente un incanto. Abbiamo scelto Valledoria come punto di riferimento-spesa-perché offre qualcosa in più rispetto a Badesi, cmq ambedue molto vicini. Una vacanza che ci piacerebbe ripetere, anche perché la Sardegna è una terra davvero molto bella e le persone incontrate sono state molto affabili. Non è poco. Ci torneremo, per stare dove vorremmo essere.

The place was one of the best we’ve stayed in Italy, and we’ve stayed in plenty of places before. It wasn’t because of the place itself but because of the hospitality in particular Mr Longobardi. I fell extremely ill on my second to last day with a throat infection and his support to aid me back to health was truly heartwarming, he stayed with me while my boyfriend went to pick up my prescriptions and constantly checked up on me until we checked out. He also did many things I cannot list on here otherwise my review will be too long! It was truly a selfless act that it is rare to find in these days… thank you so much! I really hope this review explains in detail how amazing the hosts were! Hope to see you all again soon, we will definitely be back. Grazie Mille ❤️
