Thank you, Palmer for an enjoyable stay at your beautiful lake house. We came up for a college tour of UVM and the location was perfect. It took us only 20 minutes to get there and then at the end of our day we came back to relax and unwind at your comfy and spotless home. Every room was beautifully furnished , comfortable and really just felt homey. The kids enjoyed hanging out downstairs watching movies while the adults enjoyed cocktails and talking all while taking in the amazing view of the lake. We had a wonderful time and would certainly return. Only two minor issues, one of which just might have been our own unfamiliarity with the home. The living room gets really warm and even though we turned down the thermostat, it kept creeping up. But it could have even been the fact that it was so sunny one of the days we were there. A minor issue. Outside, the railing to get down from the deck to the yard is a bit wobbly in places and may be due to be replaced soon. Also, no big deal.

Sherry's place was amazing! Great views! This is our second visit here and have booked a third later in the summer. Sherry is a wonderful host and we appreciate her opening up this beautiful lake cottage for us.

Our first time at Lynda's home in the woods. Place was exactly how described! Was very cozy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Great location, very private and close to skiing and town. We enjoyed to sauna every day. We got to relax and really enjoy ourselves. Lynda was very quickly to respond and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely plan to go back, we loved it!

This is a fantastic retreat! Ash and Ryan were very proactive and easy to message with. The house is decorated so beautifully. You can feel the thoughtfulness within every placement of every crystal and decoration. The sauna was superb! My favorite moment was looking out the back of the sauna (and the windows of the house) watching geese fly onto the lake and dive for fish.

Beau petit chalet sur le bord d'un magnifique lac sur lequel il est possible de patiner et de marcher en hiver. Superbes couleurs de coucher de soleil. Quiétude absolue. Belle décoration intérieure et bien aménagé/équipé. À proximité de beaucoup d'attraits de villégiature et d'agrotourisme. Hautement recommandé !

Amazing accommodations for our ice fishing crew. Caitlyn was responsive and easy to work with. Everything exceeded our expectations and look forward to going back next year. Thank you.

Second time staying here, and it always makes for the perfect vacation! I leave feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. There’s no better view to wake up to than the gorgeous snow covered trees and morning sun rising over Chazy Lake. We can’t wait to come back again and again! Our stay was amazing! We were moving our daughter into her dorm at UVM and were in Burlington for a week. We decided to stay here rather than a hotel near campus. It was the best decision ever. Jack and Robin’s cottage was the perfect place to prepare for dorm move-in. We were able to get out and explore the area. The sunrises over Lake Champlain were beautiful while we drank our morning coffee. Walks on the causeway were great for watching sunsets. 10/10 will stay here again when we visit our daughter at UVM. Go Catamounts!

Had a fantastic stay! The place was super clean, well-equipped, and the scenery was beautiful. Check-in was smooth, and Lisa was kind enough to extend our check-in and check-out times. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

this lovely house is right across the road from lake Champlain You have a gorgeous view of the lake. The linens and appointments were wonderful. they could frankly use a new stove but it was workable and the shower was perfect. where I to go up north again I would certainly book this place again. The hosts are also lovely.

my girlfriend and I came here to celebrate our eight-year anniversary. the location is clean and beautiful - lawrence is a wonderful, responsive host, and there are plenty of amenities to enjoy (ie. kayaks/bikes to take down to the lake, which is a convenient 10-min walk away.) would absolutely love to come back next time we’re in the area :)

Our stay at the ZaLo waterfront cabin was nothing short of peaceful and cozy. The space had everything we needed to make the most of our winter stay. We especially enjoyed utilizing the fully stocked kitchen to enjoy homemade meals and braving the cold to warm up in the conveniently located hot tub. Jon and his family were extremely welcoming and communicative. It’s apparent they take pride in their spaces and truly enjoy making experiences memorable for others.

Kristy’s cabin was beautiful and in a gorgeous scenic spot with a great view of the mountains and lake. She was very quick to respond to questions , and the cabin was stocked with all the items and amenities like kayaks and comfy beach chairs that you would ever need for an Adirondack lake vacation. The location is nice and quiet and the neighboring cabins were well maintained. Just a few steps from the beach and the water was 80 degrees! A+++++ hostess and cabin. I doubt you could do better on either count.

We absolutely adored this cozy cabin! It is off the beaten path (literally!) but being away from the commotion of Lake Placid but still within a reasonable distance for adventures was our goal anyway. Super kind and helpful hosts. The provided firewood was a huge plus especially coming from out of state. The wood stove kept us nice and cozy the whole week! Highly recommended
