This is a one room studio apartment. It is a small self-contained unit with a ground floor entrance onto a service road. It has 2 single beds which can be made as one double, TV and kitchen area with a small breakfast-bar. A bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Situated approx 16 km from the beach at Las Marinas. Local shop is 5mins walking distance, the town of Antas approx 1km. Suitable for 1 or 2 people needing a short stay at an economical price. Cosy apartment in 300 year old orange grove Farmhouse, right on the edge of the Sierra Nevada. The farm still has an orange grove and grows fresh food all year around. The farmhouse is ideally located near an authentic Spanish village in the Alpujarras mountains, 28 km from Almeria (beaches) and 25 km from the Tabernas desert. The spacious apartment is fully self contained with a king bed, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette and terrace. A Large Pool,Table-Tennis and Petanca are on the property.

The beaches of Vera Playa, Puerta Ray and Garucha are within 25 minutes drive and Mojacar Playa 35 minutes.

Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

We have tried to create a peaceful comfortable place where we would like to stay on holiday. You may be house hunting, visiting family, or just having a break away, but I'm sure we can make your stay amazing. We are very close to the village of Arboleas where there are plenty of spanish and European restaurants and the larger town of Albox is 10 minutes away. 35 minutes to the coast

In this perfect little hideaway in rural Andalucia close to Albox, Huercal Overa and Arboleas you can relax and chill or go for endless hikes enjoying the scenery, ride your road bike along the quite roads or mountainbike down the rambla. We have no light pollution if you enjoy stargazing! Please be aware that the pool, garden and patio is shared with the 3 of us.

With easy access to the A91/92, within 90 mins you can be in Almeria, Granada or Murcia. The beautiful coast is an hour away.
