TreeHouse is totally private for your enjoyment...but we are not far away if needed. The treehouse is close to cafes and public transport. Art Deco Off St Kilda Rd Melbourne

-- Please be aware there is construction work taking place nearby during working hours. The work starts between 7 and 8am finishes at 3pm. --We have had one complaint since Feb 2023 -- If you are not satisfied with the apartment and want to shorten your stay I can accommodate -- Double glazing, large windows, high ceilings and generous proportions in this groovy Art Deco space. Sprawl yourself out on the huge divan. A quick tram ride to the City, Chapel St, Prahran and St Kilda.

Cosy size ( 24 m2 internal and 8m2 balcony) , but well appointed, and near trams and trains. On the second floor, with no lift ( sorry).
