Beautiful and spacious! Exactly what we were looking for, exceeded expectations! Host was wonderful!

We had a great weekend winery getaway, and staying here made it all the more better! The place was clean and close to all of the wineries that we planned to visit. It was a short Uber to wineries and the downtown area/restaurants. Ann was very responsive and we enjoyed staying here! We would definitely recommend this to others and even want to come back one day!

Very quiet and peaceful. Convenient location for anyone with activities at the University. Price was very reasonable, especially given the accommodations. Stayed two nights, but suitable for longer stay as well.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. This space is so fun and unique! It’s very cozy with a ‘historic’ charm feel to it. Easy to get inside and very clean! The best part about this place is the location. It’s located right at the downtown mall. Perfect for walking to any local venues and/or restaurants! Thanks for having us!

Such a peaceful, beautiful and comfortable home near the river. We felt like honored guests in Patricia's home. She provided amenities and even some delightful snacks that we enjoyed. The home was tastefully decorated and the beds and linens were fresh and comfortable. And, the home is near our favorite winery in Lovingston. We can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for our group of 7. We were in town for a wedding weekend and everything was close and convenient! Perfect for morning walks and a quick drive or Uber to Downtown and UVA. Well stocked and very comfortable!

I can not say enough wonderful things about the accommodations, the surroundings, the location, and the communication with the owners! My husband and I took a long overdue trip to visit my Virginia family from Florida with our Aussie, Copper. I was grateful for the welcome basket for Copper. The house was as described and perfect for us. The views were so peaceful. We walked to the river the first day, it was a good walk and tiring, but just what we needed after staying in hotel rooms! :) Mark went fly fishing later in the week and even caught a few small fish. We spent most of our days checking out the wineries, breweries, and distilleries. I liked them all and couldn't chose a favorite because they all offered something different. Our nights were spent grilling and sitting by the fire. We left relaxed and ready to visit more family. We received many helpful messages from the owner, who also checked in frequently. The information booklet for guests was very thorough. A new favorite!

Great location, a few minutes drive from the bustle of Cville. Well appointed. We had 3 tall adults, and the large couch ended up being more comfortable than the upper bunk for one of us. The other 2 beds were great. Fantastic campfire and hot tub soak. No regrets!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as pictured and the check in and checkout process was simple and easy. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Charlottesville.

We enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s unit. She was responsive prior to booking and answered all of our questions. My mother was traveling with us and accessibility was key. Wendy understood our requirements and was able to meet them. We were attending a wedding and the location was perfect! The unit was even better than the photos. In fact, every aspect was perfect.
