My husband and I had a nice stay at the Vortex/Bliss Inn. The place was clean, the accommodations were nice and the kitchen equipment was sufficient for the two of us. We could walk to amenities in town and a short drive to awesome hiking.

Had such a great time at La Veta. Ski resort was closed but kids had such. Good time sledding!!

This Airbnb was perfect for my crew! The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had plenty of space for everyone to rest after work. This place was wonderful! The views were absolutely spectacular in every way. The home had everything you could ask for. The icing on the cake was Vernon brought us home baked goodies on Christmas Day, which were delicious. The hospitality was amazing. If you want to be surrounded in what Colorado has to offer, book this as your next vacation spot. This place is within driving distance of Breckenridge, Canon City, and Colorado Springs. We couldn’t be happier with our stay or our host. Thank you for the great trip!

This is the fourth year we stayed in this condo. It is clean & as described. We ski at Wolf Creek. I like the garage as you can keep the skis on top of the car...

We had amazing time. The house was beautiful, the views were amazing, and everything was perfect for our elopement. We had an experience here we won’t forget. The house also had almost everything you would need. Highly recommend.

Great space and location for peaceful family time! The house is just as cozy as the pictures suggest, with comfortable and well taken care of furnishings. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Highlight for families is the upstairs loft with special sleeping and play space for little kids. Our daughter loved the new to her toys and books.

This was a great house for the 7 of us (4 kids from age 2-11) and 3 adults. It was spacious, had everything we needed, has character, and was a good location to use as a base to get out and see the Monte Vista National Wildlife park and the Sand Dunes. There is also a kids playground just a couple of blocks away which was an added bonus for us. I'd definitely choose to stay here again!

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful and spacious home. The modern updates made it feel like home, and the views from the living room overlooking the golf course, river, and mountains were breathtaking. The master bedroom balcony also had its own balcony. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Wolf Creek for skiing and only 100 yards from great fishing on the river. The peaceful setting made for a truly relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth stay. We highly recommend this property and already looking at booking again for next year.

Tracy’s airbnb was a wonderful way to experience southern Colorado. Clean, spacious, and situated on a beautiful landscape, this home is equipped with generous touches such as an easy-to-use wood-burning stove and an accessible, well-stocked kitchen for dining in. Tracy was a rock-solid communicator throughout. Would stay here again!

Michael was an excellent host; warm, friendly, gracious and accommodating! He went above and beyond what was needed to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The condo was small but very comfortable and just right for our party of 3; but did have extra sleeping space if needed. The space was warm and charming. We spent one day snowed in (we're from Florida) so it didn't take too much snow for us to just stay in and enjoy the beautiful views. But there were plenty of games and TV if desired. One of the nicest features and very unusual in these times, was the check in and out times. Check in at 2pm and out by 2pm. That is so rare these days and was very much appreciated. It felt like we received full value for our rental expense dollars. And it felt like our host wanted us to feel welcome, comfortable and not rushed, like a real guest!! Thank you, Michael! We loved our stay and that area of Colorado was so beautiful!

This condo was perfect for our short getaway. It was cozy, clean, and the location was excellent. Being at the base of the ski area, we had walking access to the local store and scenic walks. A definite keeper on our list for future stays in Cuchara/La Veta.

This is our second time staying in this condo and it's so great. It has been remodeled fairly recently and is as nice as the pictures look. It was clean and the kitchen had everything to fix meals. Kelly and Heidi were very responsive.
