BLACK TI, a two-bedroom, one-bathroom luxury black cabin, nestled in a 219-acre farm in the Poas Costa Rica region, is a perfect getaway for couples or small families. The cabin is surrounded by nature and farmland, it offers stunning views of the Poás Volcano and the Central Valley. It features a number of amenities, including a Finnish sauna, hanging bed,fire pit, BBQ, hammocks, kids house, and fireplace. The cabin's name is inspired by Cordyline fruticosa, a tropical plant with black leaves.

When it is finished we will have two bedrooms, full kitchen, and be completely handicapped friendly. -Dave My mother built this as her retirement house. She wanted a cozy, comfortable, house with a beautiful view. Wood floors, fireplace with firewood provided for the chilly Monteverde nights, beautiful windows so that you are looking down on the tops of the trees in the river gorge.
