This place was a perfect getaway for us. The pool area is amazing and so relaxing. My family enjoyed the pickleball and basketball. The beds were so comfortable and the room was very clean. Jane greeted us and was very friendly and accommodating. We would love to visit again.

This is our second time staying here, and we couldn’t be happier! This place has quickly become one of our favorites, and it tops our list whenever we're in the area. It has such a peaceful vibe and is always so clean. Plus, the interior is just lovely! We really enjoy our time here.

We were in town for a UF graduation and the place was perfect. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the stadium. The place is a bit tricky to find but Rich gave use the exact address to use for the GPS and that seemed to work fine.

Great place to stay! Micanopy is a really cute little town as well. I can see how it would be difficult to find at night - as others have stated, go by the instructions not the GPS and it’s pretty straightforward.

Stayed here for a day trip and this place was so nice!! The owners were so communicative and hospitable, even bringing us eggs, milk, and other condiments, The snow cone machine was so good, and we loved the variety of syrups for coffee! Everyone had a great time and there were more than enough spaces for people to sleep on. Will definitely have to book again😆

This unit was very comfortable, clean and quiet!!! We enjoyed our two night stay very much. All of our activities were within 2 miles of this location. I would definitely return if I am ever in this area again.

We had a perfect stay at The Nest. If I could give this home more than 5 stars, I would! Deborah is an extremely responsive host and anticipates her guests' every need. We arrived late in the evening after a long car drive and it was so nice to have snacks and drinks waiting for us upon arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with fresh condiments and cooking supplies, the bed and pullout couch were both super comfy and the entire home was squeaky clean. The bathroom provided an ample supply of towels and amenities. The office nook was a perfect for a workspace. The location is private and serene surrounding by lush trees. And I can't say enough about the beautiful surrounding gardens, wow! We are very frequent AirBnb travelers and this one truly stands out and raises the bar for any others. Highly recommend! This home is our first choice when coming to Gainesville for all future visits. Thank you Deborah!!

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and coffee spots, and only a quick drive to the beautiful natural springs. By far, the best place I have stayed in Gainesville. The home was lovely and very safe for someone traveling by themselves. Laura was a fantastic host by offering local suggestions and even had a welcome bottle of wine and snacks waiting on me. I will plan my work trips around availability as this is now the only place I want to stay.

Sweetwater Studio is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. From the views of the horse training fields and the gorgeous landscapes, to the quiet, peaceful environment, this studio apartment couldn't be any nicer. I've stayed in many different places, and this is one of the nicest Airbnbs I have ever rented. The studio apartment is on the second floor of a two-apartment building on a large piece of land. The first-floor apartment is also lovely, with one bedroom, a living and kitchen area, and a spacious bathroom. It's very private and calm, and you feel like you're truly in the countryside. The hosts are wonderful, responsive, kind, and friendly. I couldn't have had a better experience!
