This is one you don’t want to miss if you’re looking for ocean front in Tulum. And if you don’t take advantage of Eric and Paula who live in a casita next to house you’re crazy. Eric is an exceptional chef and cooked for us everyday. And you can’t go to a restaurant for anything near having him prepare fine dining. David was informative from the beginning and everything there was perfect. We will definitely be back again. Thanks again to David, Eric and Paula for making this a memorable vacation.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Jamie's Mareazul vacation home. The home was beautiful, clean. The view of the sea was spectacular and even more beautiful than the photos. The resort is accessible and high quality. The restaurants were expensive, but convenient. It is a bit of a hike to PDC, but the location allowed for a quiet, peaceful vacation away from the noise. Jamie was an excellent host. She responded to every question promptly and was extremely communicative and helpful. I cannot more highly recommend this location!

This condo and it's host Kelley deserve way more than a five star rating ! Beautiful accomodations and views. The six of us ( all retirees ) stayed the month of February 2025. Amazing restaurants and such friendly and helpful locals. The views from the condo are amazing, seeing cruise ships come in and leave Cozumel daily. We saw dolphins , stingrays and fish in the sea right from the pool. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right ar home. We would highly recommend Nah Ha condominiums unit 101. Bill Strauch , one of 3 handsome guys traveling with the 3 wicked sisters !

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Superb hosts, primo location. The three separate (and joined by a stairwell) apartments were very good for the family with young children especially, and they stayed on the ground floor due to strollers etc. For the couples without kids, we socîalized at restaurants since there was not really one central location to gather. The shared pool is not really a place to lounge but is super refreshing and the kids loved it!

Our extended family of ten stayed very comfortably in this lovely house. We enjoyed the space, the comfortable furniture, great snorkeling, and a lovely meal made by Jerry and Isabella. The house was as pictured, we found it peaceful, safe, and private. We loved sitting on the beach, and found the kitchen well supplied.

The location is perfect private and far enough from noise but at a walkable and safe distance to the 5th ave and mall. Also direct access to the beach 2 blocks down the street. On top of it , the house is fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, anything you may need.

Our stay here was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The community is very secure and there is so much to do really close by. the location is very central and it was super easy to get around to playa del Carmen and Tulum. they had everything you could need like blow dryer, hangers, etc... I felt like I truly was at home the entire stay. I highly recommend and would stay here again. Check out cenote Búho nearby and grab groceries at the Chedraui yen minutes away if you need them as it may be a little difficult getting anything delivered.

Matt plus the staff at Zamá Homes did an amazing job communicating with my family and me, and making us feel right at home. The place is beautiful; the photos don’t do the place justice. It’s as pictured and better. The location is amazing; walking distance to all the major clubs, restaurants, etc. And the hosting staff, once again, made this place feel like we were staying at a resort not just any Airbnb. 100% would stay here again next time I’m in Playa Del Carmen.

We had a wonderful stay in Akumal. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (infant, 3,6) and the place was well set up for our group. The beach was beautiful and so accessible right out the back door, the pool was perfect for the kids, and the outdoor space was so comfortable and inviting. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxed. There was a portable crib available for the baby. We had chef Carlos come for a few breakfasts and dinners and the food was amazing-such a treat. We visited Akumal Natura Rescue, the Tulum ruins, and Yax-kin cenote, all wonderful and close by. Would highly recommend this place.

First, I would like to express my gratitude for the level of help Mac gave to, two very old, technically challenged travelers. It was dark and rainy, and we were travel weary. Mac stayed on the phone with us until we reached his amazing Airbnb. I have been renting beach houses for 15 years and this place by far was the most impressive place yet. We had several tours planned, and we truly did not want to leave paradise to explore Tulum, but we did. The area is not only historically and culturally rich, but has everything you can expect from a tropical beach environment. Also, a big thank you to Edwin and his lovely wife who were great neighbors, we only saw them when we needed them ☺️ Jim and Dawn

The place has an excellent location, near restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. Also very lo close to the beach. The unit is as described, it had everything we needed. We would certainly return in the future.

Pasamos unos días increíbles en esta casa junto a la playa. La ubicación es inmejorable: a solo unos pasos de un precioso tramo de arena blanca, perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del mar. Cada tarde admirábamos atardeceres espectaculares desde la playa – La piscina privada fue ideal para refrescarnos y descansar durante el día. La casa es cómoda, espaciosa, muy limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Además, los anfitriones fueron muy atentos y siempre disponibles para cualquier necesidad.

I chose Ron’s apartment to be close to some friends and the location was perfect. The unit is clean and has a private pool! Just what I was looking for! Thanks Ron

Estuvimos muy cómodos 5 adultos distribuidos en 3 cuartos, y 3 baños. La vista es hermosa. Está localizado a unos pasos de la quinta avenida. El servicio de front desk siempre estuvo abierto a recibir solicitudes y fueron muy serviciales. Excelente experiencia.

This home is beautiful, clean and spacious. We even had a covered parking spot. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was wonderful for our large group. There was also another bathroom downstairs for guests. The larger patio was a great spot to hang out with our friends who stayed in another home in this same addition. The hammock was well used by us. The pool and beach are pretty much right out the back door. We even saw eel, stingrays and several kinds of fish snorkeling off the pier. Loved all the gardens. it was very peaceful. Enrique, our concierge, was friendly and helpful. I was expecting one bedroom to have two beds like the photo. However, when we arrived, all bedrooms had King beds and two bedrooms had an added futon as well. Not that big of a deal since my daughters are younger and could share the bed, but having one room with two beds would have been preferred. Also, the grill wasn't really usable, and the cooking pans had seen better days. Would stay again!

Meaghan & Carlos's place have everything you need to feel right at home. The place is spacious, have a great full kitchen, and is private and secluded. We came for a wedding at La Joya, which was minutes from the place. A good recommendation if you come to Playa Paraiso is to rent a car to get around. They were really helpful with info and tips to feel comfortable. Always a quick and helpful response! ... and we even had a maid service!!! Thank you Meaghan & Carlos and the Co-host Estefanía!!!

The House was beautiful & clean. Better than the pictures! Beach area was clean & pool was amazing. The cleaning crew did a great job everyday & were friendly !

Beautiful spot, kids- 12,15,18 - ranked the home (in aggregate) as the top highlight among many memorable activities…especially the days lounging by the pool. Secure, comfortable and overall very easy. Bikini Bar is a 2 min walk (if that) and great food and service. Akumal only a 7 min drive with a local market that has most everything. Downtown Tulum with great restaurants is less than 30 minutes . William is very helpful (enjoyed a boat ride to Akumal for snorkeling) with added on site security.

We could not have been happier with our stay at Rancho San Eric. The Casita was comfortable and located a few steps from the beautiful south Tulum beach. We like peace, quiet and privacy and we got it! No loud "boom boom". Just the sound of the the ocean breeze. We are planning our next visit already :) This is a very special location and the property was extremely well run with an eye for detail. Thank you Stefan and Hui!

The staff here are so kind and helpful. We stayed for a girl’s trip and we felt secure and safe here. The location is also great and convenient. Definitely rent a jet ski from Martina beach club next door! I would stay again.
