Tracy is, without doubt, the ‘hostess with the mostest’. Her communication was excellent and she helped us in so many ways. Her Casa is exceptional, the pictures are very accurate and can only show a few facets of this amazing property. The views are stunning, especially from the upper level. The Casa is very well stocked to meet all needs. The home is immaculately clean and is situated within a gated community. Located between Chapala and Ajijic you have great access to explore yet it is quiet at night. In summary we loved it!

Tuvimos un fin de semana muy agrada el lugar es muy tranquilo, las instrucciones e información son muy claras, tanto Carlos como Ricardo( el Sr que me entregó las llaves) son muy atentos y responden rápido, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente, muy recomendable, volveremos.

El lugar es muy bonito, y esta ubicado en una Zona muy tranquila con una gran vista y cercano al pueblo, tanto Claudia como Clara fueron muy amables con nosotros siempre estuvieron al pendiente y nos resolvían con rapidez, el espacio es mas grande de lo que pensamos y muy cómodo, es un espacio muy agradable para quedarse.

We loved our stay in Ajijic. Caryn’s place was both beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. The back yard was spectacular, even better than the pictures! The home was in a quieter area of Ajijic but still walkable to everything and being right next door to one of the best restaurants in town - Casa Lule was a huge plus! Caryn was extremely accommodating and our concierge Becky had great recommendations and was available if we needed anything locally. We would definitely stay again!

It's a little pricy for the area, but it is a spectacular home with every amenity you need . Huge kitchen, great dining room and living room with comfortable furniture. A large-screen smart TV is there - not wired to any service, so bring your Netflix/Amazon passwords. The big screened-in patio surrounded by the gardens was a beautiful spot to sit and have coffee in the morning. It is a bit of a walk to the town plaza, but a very pleasant one along the lake - the malecon starts just 60 yards away from the entrance to this private road. In Ajijic, one doesn't have to walk great distances, but the sidewalks and roads are challenging if you have bad knees. The roads are well maintained, but they are cobblestone. Taxis are readily available in the plaza or by phone during the daytime. Even though we were on a late flight - getting in around 9:00 PM, we were met at the gate and shown around and provided with keys and a gate remote. It was a great stay for a small family get-together.

La casa está a la orilla del lago Chapala, una ubicación inmejorable. Muy bien cuidada y extremadamente limpia. Tiene una pareja que la cuida y hace limpieza del jardín diariamente. Cuenta con 4 recámaras, una anterecámara con 2 camas y 3 baños en total. Cocina completamente equipada. Un jardín espléndido con una vista excepcional. Rafael fue un anfitrión excelente. Los pequeños detalles que surgieron se corrigieron de inmediato. Tuvimos una muy agradable estancia y con muchas ganas de volver.

This is a lovely home and grounds. We were welcomed and treated throughout our visit like family. It is located in the middle of the town- easy walking all over but far enough out to enjoy peace and quiet, right along the shore of Lake Chapala. We can't wait for our next visit.

I went with my family, we loved the stay, Esteban was always respectful and friendly, he solved all the questions that i had and he always responded to my messages. i loved the place, so peaceful, quiet and easygoing, i’ll be back soon, definitely,

Nuestra estancia estuvo increíble. La casa y sus amenidades estaban muy limpio y en buen estado. La alberca estaba en temperatura perfecta pudimos disfrutar hasta muy noche con los niños, con una vista muy bonita. Viridiana la que persona encargada de recibirnos, es muy amable muy atenta y respondía muy rápido cuando teníamos alguna duda. Sin duda alguna estuvo 10/10 el alojamiento

My wife and I just returned to Colorado after spending a month at Roseann and Tony's rooftop casita in Ajijic, Mexico. Our stay could not have been better. Roseann and Tony are not only gracious, warm and welcoming hosts, but their casita was better than the description and photos. We had an enormous rooftop patio to ourselves and enjoyed sunset, lake, mountain and treetop views. I especially enjoyed the mornings and evenings when the birds were most active and the light was just right. In fact, it would be a great place for birders. Bring your binoculars because colorful birds are you constant companions. The flowering trees in April and May were stunning as well and highlighted the 360 degree panorama. The room was spacious and had views over the treetops to the mountains and tree lined lakeshore. Cool lake breezes made for restful nights. Attention to details like good coffee, a comfy bed, an endless supply of potable water and a shaded patio couch swing made our stay perfect!

Fue una estancia muy agradable, la casa está hermosa, muy tranquilo ideal para descansar, las dimensiones de la alberca son suficientes para nadar, mis perritos también disfrutaron la estancia. Mi esposo y yo coincidimos nos encantaron los detalles de la anfitriona Jen. La vista que tiene la casa al lago es espectacular, despertar, comer o ver caer la tarde con esa vista es muy disfrutable. Los jardines están muy bien cuidados. Excelente experiencia muy recomendable, sin duda volveremos.

Excelente alojamiento! Espacio tranquilo, amplio, perfecto para alejarse de la ciudad y tener días de descanso Sin duda volvería a quedarme en este lugar
