Aguilas : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Fue una estancia muy agradable, zona tranquila. la casa estaba en perfecto estado, utensilios de cocina y menaje varios. La única pega por decir algo que la playa de arena, grande y buena había que ir en coche a Vera, al ir con Niña y ser de piedra era muy incómoda para nosotros.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement en face de la mer. L'appartement était impeccable à la fois dans la propreté et l'équipement de toutes sortes. Le seul bémol pour nous qui sommes restés un mois a été l’abscence de wifi. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour et reviendrions sans souci profiter des lieux qui sont trés apaisants. The apt is really luxurious and much bigger than the photos look. Super clean and really comfortable. Great big TV's. Lots of wardrobes. Very sound proof between the rooms. Great having a kitchen to sit in. Very close to the local massive swimming pool, little parks, hills, seaside, shops and restaurant all walkable in 5mins. I felt very secure here. Lovely safe area with lots of families and schools around but not noisy. Wonderful big dining table. It's so nice I bought a table cloth to protect it. All facilities are of a hich standard the frodge looks brand new. Heating worked well and there's lot's of cosy blankets. I will miss the comfortable sofas. We stayed a month and I would stay here again if I could. Thanks again

Fantástica estancia en el ático; nos sentimos como en casa. El alojamiento desprende tranquilidad y unas magníficas vistas que nos acompañaron a lo largo de los días. Fue una gran elección.

Apartamento con unas vistas sublimes, dotado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos en La Azohía... Tiene dos habitaciones, una con una cama de matrimonio y otra con dos camas individuales. La casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada. Recepción amable y eficiente. Las vistas desde la sala de estar y la terraza son espectaculares, de las que quitan el hipo... ¡Para repetir!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf, het uitzicht is prachtig, het groot terras zalig. De eigenaars moesten langs ons terras stappen om naar hun woning te gaan, maar ze waren heel discreet, dit was heel beperkt en niet storend. Het appartement is mooi, je kan zelfs buiten koken, met een prachtig zicht op de baai. De eigenaars zijn heel betrokken en vriendelijk, steeds klaar als er iets was. We konden gratis parkeren. Een aanrader.

Fuimos a pasar un fin de semana mis amigas y yo y la casa nos ha encantado. Tenía todo lo necesario y es una casa muy bonita, reformada y en pleno paseo marítimo. Es más grande de lo que esperábamos y para grupos grandes es muy buena opción. Nos gustó el detalle de tener toallas de playa además de las de ducha, una cocina bastante equipada, dos neveras y 3 baños. También ha sido un punto a favor el aire acondicionado ya que hemos venido en días de mucho calor y se estaba genial dentro de la casa. Las chicas con las que hemos hablado para reservarla muy amables y atentas. Totalmente recomendable :)

La casa es perfecta para disfrutar de unos días por la zona. Todo está muy nuevo y la casa tiene todos los detalles. El aire acondicionado ha sido vital para estos días de calor. La urbanización es muy tranquila, la piscina abre hasta las 12:00h de la noche y tiene un supermercado Mercadona a unos 200 m de distancia. Seguro que volvemos en nuestra próxima visita a Vera Playa.

Beautiful location and view! We enjoyed having breakfast and doing yoga on the terrace each morning. Well equipped and clean and tidy. Very comfortable stay and Jose made sure check in was easy! Would recommend staying if you’re in the area

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

We had a fabulous stay and are so grateful. Everything we needed, down to Shampoo and Conditioner was all there upon arrival. It is so beautifully maintained, the garden, the house, the pool and orientated to catch the sun at all points of the day. It was exactly what myself and my fanily needed, thank you!!

Lovely apartment in lovely alley just a few steps from square. Ana was the perfect host - didn’t need to contact her as no problems but bumped into her a couple of times around town.

Tango Francisco José como su mujer fuerón súper atentos y amables con nosotras. Todo estaba perfecto y limpio. Para todo lo que necesitamos estuvieron atentos y fueron muy comprensibles con los inconvenientes que pudimos tener. Estamos muy agradecidas con ellos y si volvemos no tenemos duda en que intentaremos volver a contactar con ellos.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Fernando muy amable, nos dio en todo momento instrucciones claras, útiles y precisas, nos recomendó sitios para visitar que estaban fenomenal. El piso concuerda con las fotos y con la descripción. La piscina una pasada, con jacuzzi y todo. Los vecinos tranquilos. Y el aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien, se agradece, ya que estuvimos en días de mucho calor.

De los mejores sitios para quedarse en Vera. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos o incluso mejor y la urbanización super tranquila y sin apenas ruidos, además de estar prácticamente al lado de Vera Playa. Con Rosa y su marido la comunicación inmejorable, para cualquier cosa te responden muy rápidamente e incluso nos facilitaron un pdf con información de interés de la casa, sitios de la zona, números de taxi y demás. Repetiría sin duda.

This was an amazing find, spectacular apartment and facilities with the benefit of being a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants etc. Joe, Tatania & Yuri were amazing and we cannot fault the service they gave us from booking to departure. The apartment was spotlessly clean, whilst there was a slight smell of smoke from previous tenants who broke the rules, Joe was extremely apologetic but this in no way impacted our stay. We didn't want to leave this little piece of heaven and will definitely be back, in fact I'm already looking at going back there next month if it's available.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Desde la reserva hasta la salida, Christelle ha sido una anfitriona magnífica. Atenta, y flexible a la entrada y salida, lo cual se agradece mucho. Destaco que la piscina de la Urbanización es muy grande , con muy pocos usuarios (ultima semana de agosto), y estaba abierta de 10.00 a 23.00, y no cierra a medio día. . Y aunque hay que ir en coche a la playa, se tarda 5 minutos y sin problemas de aparcamiento.

Sebastian ha sido un buen anfitrión, nos recibió personalmente. El apartamento gana al estar en una comunidad con piscina y parking. La zona está bastante apartada, hay que coger el coche para todo aunque tiene supermercados y locales de ocio cerca.
