I cannot say enough good things about the space. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The bed and lounging areas were very comfortable. The outdoor areas were beaylutiful and we'll maintained. The owner checked in with us often to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We would love to return and would definitely recommend.

What a magical place! We adored our stay. Great location for a large group of people. Plenty of space for everyone and lots to do. Thank you Liz!

We stayed in this beautiful home which was full of soul and character with top quality furnishings and comfortable beds and bed linen. The swimming pool and garden were equally beautiful and the scent of jasmine from the tree in the courtyard was enchanting.

Lovely and quiet breakaway on a secluded farm in the middle of the mountains. Great for some family time and rest, definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful 2 nights at Di's place. Beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches. Well equipped kitchen with sharp knives! Dreamy garden with lots of little 'garden rooms' for a morning coffee or sundowner. Then, to top it off, a delivery of freshly baked muffins with farm butter every morning. Thank you Di, we had a very special stay with you, will most certainly be back when we are next in the Midlands.

Ankommen, durchatmen, loslassen. Ou Waenhuis ist ein zauberhaftes Cottage, absolut ruhig und wunderschön gelegen in der weiten Landschaft der Kleinen Karoo. Gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit vielen liebevollen Details. Nach einem langen Morgenspaziergang über das großzügige Gelände der Farm, oder entlang dem wundersamen Land-Art Pfad am Bach, lädt die schattige Stoop zum Verweilen ein. Hier entspannt der Geist, umgeben von der Schönheit der Landschaft und Heleens kreativem Ausdruck. Heleen und Karel sind die warmherzigsten Gastgeber, die einen aufs herzlichste willkommen heißen. Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt auf der Aswater Farm und wir werden wiederkommen.

Absolutely enjoyed every minute at Vila III, Spacious, clean, beautiful surroundings and amazing scenery. could not fault this home, had virtually everything you needed, you do need a car to venture out as the home is secluded and in fact i didn't hire a car initially, but on arrival Bruno the host sorted a car hire, which arrived the very next day and any questions you required, Bruno was there on hand. So thank you Bruno for our amazing stay at Vila III, loved the place 5 star

Wir hatten wundervolle Tage auf der Farm. Das Haus ist einfach sehr schön eingerichtet und der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Hier kann man tagsüber entspannen in den Pool gehen und abends an der Feuerstelle sitzen. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Pferde. Von der Unterkunft kann man viele Unternehmungen in der Umgebung machen. Leider haben wir Angela nicht persönlich kennen gelernt aber wir waren stets über Messenger in Kontakt. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und half uns bei allen Anliegen so zum Beispiel eine perfekte Babyausstattung im Haus. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben aber unsere Reise geht nun weiter.

The suite was spacious, homely and had the most beautiful outside views. The host replied timeously and made sure that the stay was comfortable for us. The staff was also very friendly. Kelvin was so friendly and respectful. He made fire for us everyday effortlessly.

Simon is a lovely host, and the place is awesome. We fell in love with the Baboon House, and we will be back the other day! Also taking a bath in the nearby Jan Disselsrivier is just wonderful & a must-do.

The Art Barn offers a one-of-a-kind experience. The style and aesthetic are captivating, with thoughtful design throughout. The space is generous, the views are stunning, and the atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful. Jacques was a thoughtful and attentive host, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and care. Everything needed was provided – from milk in the fridge to wood for the fireplace. Bed linen and pillows are of excellent quality, and the electric blankets were a welcome addition for warm, cozy beds. A restful, charming getaway – highly recommended and well worth a return visit.

Incredible weekend away with friends. The house had everything we needed and was thoughtfully decorated.

Lesley's place is beautiful, private and peaceful. Really enjoyed the birdlife and bush babies. I would definitely recommend Stables cottage foe anyone visiting Usa River. Lesley and her staff were super helpful and friendly.

The garden cottage is on a beautiful farm, views and scenery was breathtaking! the cottage is private and lovely. Th firewood hot tub was easy to use and felt like heaven, I did not want to get out. we had an amazing stay, and will definitely be returning. thanks so much to the friendly and helpful host, Vanessa. 🫶 :)

We absolutely LOVED our two night stay at the Twin Towers, what a unique experience! The kids loved it, and we all managed to survive the challenging hike to the cave overhang - it was definitely worth it, though. Being surrounded by the horses, Alpacas, cows and sheep was so special and the mountain view, nothing short of spectacular. Highly recommended.

we enjoyed our stay at this place - especially the hammock in the garden. We also appreciated the milk as welcome present :-)

We loved our stay at The Cairn! It is super-spacious, creatively decorated and set in lovely surroundings. And it has loads crockery and cutlery! Carl was wonderful.

Das Haus entspricht den Erwartungen. Eine Familie hat prima Platz und jeder hat trotzdem seine Privatsphäre. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich, da etwas ab vom Schuss gelegen. Man kann prima Ausflüge in alle Richtungen unternehmen. Die Kommunikation lief überwiegend über Vanda und war sehr freundlich und problemlos. Vielen Dank, dass wir unseren Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus verbringen durften.
