Willkommen in Eski Foça- das kleine Steinhaus liegt mitten in der Altstadt am kleinen Hafen und besticht durch die zentrale Lage zum Meer (150m), Cafés... Das Steinhaus (Baujahr 1877) wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail geplant und restauriert. Ein Doppelbett (160cm), TV, Klimaanlage mit Virenfilter und ein eigenes Badezimmer runden das Zimmer ab. Ebenfalls können wir euch Bootsausflüge, Flughafenstransfer gegen Aufpreis anbieten. Bitte beachtet das der Garten gemeinsam mit mir genutzt wird.

4 people INCLUDING infants !!!!! This studio of 45m2 is situated just outside of Corinth on a private property. Therefore you can enjoy quietness, privacy and Greek lifestyle. If you are into more action, restaurants, supermarkets, club etc., you can find it in a 5 mins drive at Loutraki and Korinthos. Also 1 hour from the centre of Athens, and only 100km from Athens International Airport. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Ayvalık is 5 km from the bus stop, 7 km from the city center, 20 km from the Sarmısaklı beach, 30 km from Kozak Plateau and 37 km from Edremit Koca Seyit Airport. It has its own toilet, bathroom and kitchen. We have 40 Mbps wifi. A calm and peaceful environment.
