A perfect stay. Amazing villa for which the pictures don’t do justice. It’s huge with a great pool and lots of games/amenities to keep you and the family entertained and well cared for. Mahmoud is super responsive, helpful and can provide everything you need including cleaner, cook, transportation, excursions, restaurant/sightseeing recommendations all at exceptional prices. He even spent one hour negotiating at a hair salon (for the missus and daughters) to ensure that I, as a non Egyptian, was not overpaying. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Airbnbs as I travel a lot (including a lot in dubai) and I can honestly say that Mahmoud was the most genuine, sincere and kind host I have met to date. Thank you Mahmoud!

MO’s villa is one of the best in the location. it has everything anyone would need to have a great time. I really appreciate his hospitality and his quick responsiveness. He is very helpful and always available. Thank you for a great experience. I would highly recommend.

Ο χώρος του Yaser ήταν η καλύτερη επιλογή που θα μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε για τη διαμονή μας στην Αλεξάνδρεια. Ήσυχη και ασφαλής περιοχή, το σπίτι υπέροχο, φτιαγμένο με αγάπη και γούστο, καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, τα κρεβάτια και οι χώροι άνετοι, όλα πολύ προσεγμένα, καινούργια και όμορφα τακτοποιημένα. Νιώσαμε ζεστά και φιλόξενα και με το μέρος αλλά με με τον Yaser ο οποίος ήταν ευγενής, πολύ εξυπηρετικός και συνεπείς σε ότι του ζητήσαμε. Το πρωί μετά από μια αναζωογονητική βουτιά στην πεντακάθαρη πισίνα του, ήπιαμε καφεδάκι και φάγαμε πρωινό στην αυλή, ότι καλύτερο για να ξεκινήσει κανείς τη μέρα του στις διακοπές του. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Avec ma femme, nous avons bien apprécié le séjour chez Hadi un market était à proximité, ainsi qu’un coiffeur, et le 101grill qui était très bon. Pas besoin de prendre la route durant votre séjour tout est à proximité.

Karim is a gracious host, super helpful, friendly and courteous. Not once he wasn’t there to provide assistance or extend support and or guidance. He is on top of his game and is a proactive person. The villa is in a good shape that can accommodate big families with kids n pets, more TLC around the furniture and linen is needed, yet it has everything that you need to get started. The landscape, garden, outside sitting area is extremely well maintained and amazing spot to spend the afternoon/evening. The resort is chilled and has couple of super market, grocery, couple of cafes, community center, pharmacy, bakary, Abu Samra for foul and taamia (they don’t start operation before 9:00am a bit late for the early risers) There is a nice seafood restaurant called Olvera of about 10min drive from the resort, for dine in(a reservation is a must) or takeaway (basically you call and place your order then go pick it you - as they do not deliver) Overall, comfortable stay at nice place with warm hospitality from Karim - thank you!

Fantastic place great location, kind and responsive hosts, great guard in ground floor. You cant go wrong booking this place if you plan to spend some time in Alex, great location, close to everything as its in the centre of Alex. great ammenities close by, markets, fruits and fresh juice. and anything else you would need will be located on the road of abo queer where the apartment is located. very easy checkin and the hosts are nearby if you need anything, the guard and his family helpful in everything and keeps the entrance nice and clean. You will find everything needed for a short or long stay stocked in the appartment, towels, soap and other things you might need, even a sewing kit. Will for sure stay here again if i get the chance.

5 Stars This stay exceeded all expectations! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet and peaceful at night. I especially appreciated the extra touches like in everything. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea . The apartment was definitely very clean , modern and comfortable- absolutely on European level. Every room was equipped with air conditioning & had wide , comfortable beds with high-quality mattresses , ensuring a restful sleep . We are grateful to Dr. Yasser , the owner , for his hospitality and attendance throughout our stay . Highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Alexandria.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely flat in Alexandria! The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking sea view — waking to the sight of the Mediterranean every morning was magical. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Alexandria — I’ll definitely be back!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying with Ahmed! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond—picking me up in Alexandria and personally driving me to my appointment location where I met my Egyptian friends. That level of care and hospitality is rare to find. Ahmed is incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful, and it’s easy to see why he’s already a Superhost. Although the place may not be located in the best neighbourhood in town, it was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s clear that Ahmed has devoted a lot of care to his flat and his hosting. I felt completely at ease and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend booking with Ahmed—you’ll be in excellent hands!

I've rated 5 stars in every way because it was great value for money for an Australian in Egypt. The area is further away from downtown Alexandria, but uber was cheap and easy, and it seemed generally safer in this area (as a first-timer, non-arabic person). You're staying in what has been a large family apartment, immaculately kept with expensive furnishings. The best part of the stay was the communication with Lamiaa - she was always there to help, has great English and responsive. She was also very accommodating in allowing me to keep my luggage there after checkout for pickup later for a night flight. There isn't a lot of natural light inside except in 2 bedrooms and at nights there is traffic & dog noise, yet I slept okay. It wasn't always easy to find for a couple of drivers (because it's a private residence, not a hotel) in Egyptian traffic - but was always ok in the end. There's an older man downstairs who monitors the entrance and acts as an informal porter. Thanks Lamiaa!

Mr Nabil is the best host i have had in all my airbnb experience worldwide. Even before we arrive he was always checking on us and giving us directions to reach safely and making sure we have everything we need. When we arrived he greeted us warmly and took us in a friendly tour giving us all the tips needed. He pre-stocked the home with everything that we might need so that we don’t need anything when we arrive (pre cooled water bottles, toiletries, menus for for delivery, extra linens, towels, beach stuff..) During our stay, he was very friendly and responsive and helping us with all our inquiries. We even had a car problem and he was very kind and drove to us with his car and tools to help us out and giving us tips and directions on where to get a proper fix. The Chalet itself was PERFECT. VERY VERY clean, spacious and fully equipped. with a wonderful view and very close location to food court and supermarket areas and beachs. Many Thanks Mr Nabil! Looking forward to next time!

We really enjoyed our time at Ahmad’s. The place has beautiful surroundings and is very close to the beach, gym, masjid and supermarket who deliver. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We went off season and virtually had the beach to ourselves. We took our cat with us and she settled quite quickly which is a good sign.

Great host and lovely and helpful people. Definitely worth the stay, the host was very kind and the house was very homely, will definitely stay again.
