I am originally from the area and really appreciated how close this location was to some of my favorite spots including Maid Rite :) The house is very minimal in decoration which was perfect since I didn't have to do much extra baby proofing for my 18 month old toddler. Everything was also super clean! Very spacious for a 1 bedroom. Pack and play easily fit in the bedroom and we loved having access to the washer and dryer. We would certainly stay here again.

Ashley’s place was warm and comfortable and very clean. It was easy to find and she provided excellent instructions for check-in and check-out. It was perfect for our needs. If I weren’t so busy, I could see myself relaxing by one of the windows reading a book and drinking a cup of coffee. Plenty of natural light.

Beautiful home. We stayed just under 2 weeks. The beds in the upstairs loft were cozy! The kitchen had everything needed to cook nightly for the family. Nice backyard for the dog to explore. My son loved hanging out in the basement! We would definitely stay again if we are in Quincy!

Would definitely stay here again. Sam was quick with responding and answering any questions we had. The home was perfect for what we needed and was in a great location for things to do. We will for sure look into this home again for any future visits to Quincy.

Fantastic stay over the holidays here! Having both sides of the duplex allowed our big family privacy and spaces to hangout. The house was very comfortable and well thoughtfully designed. Nice living room, dining room, and kitchen spaces for time at the home and great central location for activities in Quincy. Was a safe cute neighborhood and quiet at night! Will stay again!

We stayed for 5 days to see my sister and let me tell you way worth it. We really enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely be back. Stephen was very responsive and teneded to all our needs. 5 star for sure

A great place to stay in the Quincy area, with a great host. Jessica is a very friendly, responsive host, I would definitely recommend her and her listing. Nice spacious kitchen with all of the bells and whistles made it very comfortable for us on our stay. Private parking behind the unit was very nice, as was the back yard with a charcoal grill. It is a very nice place to stay for not a lot of money.

The location was near the downtown area for easy access to visit the local establishments and sites. We would recommend Thyme Square for breakfast and a visit to Ratskeller for your adult beverage needs.
