This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Close to Downtown, Airport, Hospitals and Shopping. No children. No parties/gatherings. 2 person occupancy. Full kitchen stocked with necessities. Smaller dogs allowed (30 lbs or less). 2 pet max. Queen Bed. Blackout curtains for soothing sleep. WiFi and Utilities. TV and netflix are available. Extra linens and blankets. The owners live in the front house and have a small dog.

We were one of the first four Airbnbs in our city twelve years ago and have hosted folks from all over the world. We lowered our rates for the winter season. Home away from home. Non smokers/tobacco only. This space has a shared entrance that leads into a daylight downstairs, with a wet bars, includes, sink, microwave, toaster, small fridge, keurig, tea pot, and snacks. Enjoy the fireplace, leather furniture, netflix, comfortable queen bed, and a bathroom with soaps & hair products etc. I have tried to anticipate all of your needs. No unapproved guests, no hook-ups. I do live upstairs.
