Perfect hosts, lovely accommodation, stunning views of coast, sunsets and sheep farms. Would highly recommend this stay. The apartment was well equipped, comfy beds, lovely big towels and well insulated. A short drive to the beach, Croagh Patrick, Westport and an hour from Connemara national park. A very special trip and lovely memories made!

The place was absolutely beautiful, although it is a shared property, it felt extremely private and we never even ran into the other residents. Elaine/Kenneth are extremely thoughtful; they had the house so clean and tidy and even put a Happy Birthday cake in the fridge for us before our arrival as we had specified it was a Birthday trip away. Achill is an absolutely beautiful place and is only 15 minutes away from the property by car (the furthest part of the island being approx. 50 minutes away). Thank you so much for our stay and the many memories from such a beautiful place in the world. We hope to be back in coming years.

Keith is a wonderful host and his apartment is same as it was explained and showed in the pictures. He explained about the local things to see around and no point shown an hurry. The kids loved it and enjoyed time with Keith father in the morning feeding sheep’s. Everyone in the family enjoyed Easter break.

I had the most wonderful stay here! It’s in the perfect spot. Not five minutes walk from a beautiful and quiet beach with views out to Clare Island, and only twenty minutes walk from the start of Croagh Patrick. Not to mention, the mountain towers over the AirBnb and you can see it from the apartment. The apartment was very cozy, neat, and the perfect place to relax and read after hiking. The surrounding area is quite breathtaking and there are so many things to do! Hilary was the perfect host, very friendly, helpful, and super responsive. She sent me lots of information ahead of time and even helped me after I missed my train from the airport. She is very welcoming and pleasant to talk to, and made me feel right at home. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, I do intend to come back!

Helen‘s place was amazing, if we could, we would stay there every year. Helen was wonderful communicating with us; we were very thankful for our stay.

I think this was our favourite stay in Ireland. The cottage was exactly as advertised. The location is unique, beautiful and quite isolated, which is what we enjoy. Achill is small and we were never far from restaurants , pubs or grocery stores.The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and after eating out for a month it was delightful to be able to cook for ourselves. The washer/dryer was an absolute bonus and very much appreciated. Teresa was able to help us with travel plans and suggestions for places to visit. She was friendly without being intrusive . We would love to return again in better weather. What a gem of a place!

We have just enjoyed the most relaxing mini break at Juli's house blessed by fabulous weather. The home & space Donal has created is nothing short of gorgeous. Everything you need is provided from the generous welcome pack, including a much appreciated bottle of wine, to the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Donal is an excellent host, friendly, helpful and caring of his guests. We enjoyed most just sitting, glass in hand, admiring the beautiful scenery & view. Perfect.

Cottage by the sea is a beautiful family home in a stunning location. Nothing was any trouble to Simon and our needs were well looked after. the house and gardens were so nice we didn't want to leave, yet there were so many beautiful walks and things to do nearby. A great location for anyone wanting to explore Westport and it's surroundings but want a quieter location just outside the town.

Home away from home, we didn't want to leave. we had an amazing time, it's such a beautiful place. the house had everything we needed and more and the location was spectacular. we highly recommend to anyone visiting achill island. thank you Angela

Rhona is really kind. She is very nice and very helpful. The house is great, clean, quiet. We appreciated everything. If we go back to Ireland, we will probably go back there.

We had a wonderful stay in Enniscrone. Nicola was incredibly helpful and even offered to drive us to the village as it was raining. The area had lots of shops, restaurants and pubs. Walking distance to the beach where my son learned to surf. The house was warm and cosy and had everything we needed. Nicola also left a hamper of food and a fridge of necessities. She thought of everything and could not have been more helpful. She is a wonderful host. Thanks for a great holiday

This is our second stay at Geraldine's house. My husband's family lives close by. We love the location of the house. The downstairs is large and comfortable. All the bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Any time we had a question, Geraldine was quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again.

Thanks Patrick. We loved every minute of our stay in your beautiful spacious home in it's stunning setting. Was so nice to get away from the hustle & bustle and catch up with our pals with stunning scenery all around. We really enjoyed the kayaks, Ping Pong, archery & barbecuing in the garden. Hoping to return again :)

Really enjoyed our stay at Carole's. The house was clean, comfortable and a nice size. It was obvious that the house was well kept and probably benefited a lot from the 'no pets' rule. Overall, our experience was a very positive one. The only negative point, among many positive ones, was there is only one shower (for 7 adults). But again, we really enjoyed our time in Carole's house and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Enniscrone.

Fantastic and spotless apartment. Less than a five minute walk to the golf, pubs, restaurants and beach. Excellent communication and will be back again- thank you Louise!

Thank you for a fantastic stay, we will definitely come again. Inishcrone is a busy and vibrant place with good food, welcoming bars and a fantastic golf course. The property is about a mile out of the village so private, but yet walkable if you wanted. Well decorated and we enjoyed looking at our hosts artwork. Thank you again for our stay

We had a wonderful three-day stay at Mary’s place! The surroundings are beautiful, and the location is convenient with great access to the town. The price was very reasonable for everything that was offered. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect, the hot tub and sauna made our trip so much more enjoyable — they turned rainy days into relaxing afternoons. Sitting by the dock with a cup of hot tea, watching the water, was one of the most peaceful moments of our stay. Thank you, Mary, for providing such a cozy and lovely getaway!

Danny's condo is very well laid out and the trails to walk along from his garden were amazing, a particular hit for our two dachshunds running up the hills with us. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a nice cozy base for exploring the area and will be back when we are next in the area.

Eileen sent a message before arrival with very clear instructions, check in very straightforward. There was tea coffee milk & biscuits on arrival. There were 4 good size bedrooms, the master bedroom is amazing. There are a lot of stairs leading up to apartment so not suitable for someone with mobility issues The lighthouse is within walking distance of local bars, restaurants, takeaways & beach. The view is absolutely stunning & if you are lucky you’ll get a fabulous sunset. We will definitely return to this amazing property again

Catherine was excellent. Proactive, and communicative from start to finish. Location is excellent for exploring Mayo, Connemara, Achil Island. A landscape that it is impossible to grow tired of IMO. Accommodation is as described and had everything needed. Functional rather than pretentiously luxurious. Overall good value in a lovely part of a lovely country. Thank you Catherine
