Ernest and Gisele were lovely hosts. Gisele gave us a tour when we arrived showing us where to find various supplies and safety equipment and the location of switches, etc. The kitchen was very well supplied with everything we needed. The apartment was spotless and the bed was made up with cozy flannel bedsheets which was perfect for this time of year. All notes and recommendations for local dining were in both French and English which was helpful for us. It was a great place for us to stop for the night on our way home.

Absolutely beautiful location for a relaxing getaway. Quiet and serene sandy beach. Kayaks available as described and we thoroughly enjoyed taking in the views from the lake. Great place to take the opportunity to try out the SUP in the shallows of their sandy beach. Bev and Louise were welcoming and readily available to answer any questions. We truly appreciate our hosts for sharing their home to provide such a wonderful experience.

Le logement est très bien. Les chambres sont belles, les lits sont biens et c'est tranquille. D'autres ont dit que c'était froid, pour nous il faisait vraiment très chaud. Quelques ajustements seraient à faire pour que ce soit excellent mais c'est très bien.

Our accommodations were perfect! We fished from the dock, used the hot tub, sat around the table for breakfast with everything that was supplied which was perfect. The view was great from the balcony and the yard with the flowers was so beautiful. We all enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodations in Haileybury!

Really great hosts! They responded quick every time and provided a lot for us. Very much a bring your clothes and you’re good to go situation! The hosts also respected privacy and we never felt uncomfortable being there. The hosts only came if we needed them too and always did when asked, usually within 20 minutes (like for water or propane refills). We also felt safe and secure in this house as we had our own unit and only we could access it. The view of the lake is beautiful and I’m definitely going to miss it! I would definitely recommend and I will be saving this air bnb for any future needs in north bay!:) they also provided all the streaming services which was really great for us during our visit! The outdoor lighting at night was a really nice touch. The place was cleaned really well and you could tell that the hosts truly care, with all the small things most hosts don’t think of or care to do! Thanks for a great stay!:)

This accommodation is immaculately clean and the amenities go way beyond what is usually provided. The location/stying is quite beautiful with lake access, fire pit, patio, barbecue. Quinn is very quick to respond and most helpful. I certainly would recommend this accommodation for others to stay.

We had a great time at this Airbnb! It had everything we were looking for. It comfortably accommodated the 5 of us, it was peaceful and surrounded by nature. Communication and instructions were great. Hot tub and fire pit were great amenities. To note though, i would recommend bringing your own fire wood in the winter, as the available wood was buried under snow. We would absolutely return and are overall very happy with our stay! Unfortunately, 1/3 bed sheets were not changed before arrival. One bed had stains, hair and crumbs in the sheets. Things happen and we understand that, again we were happy with our stay and would return!

Très beau chalet bien équipé. L'accès à deux lacs (dont Heney qui est beaucoup plus grand) nous plaît beaucoup pour nos randonnées en kayaks et pique-niques sur les îles environnantes. Une épicerie et pharmacie complètes à proximité offrent une tranquillité d'esprit et un côté pratique. Il y a avait beaucoup de place pour ranger nos aliments au réfrigérateur. Il est très agréable de relaxer sur la terrasse à l'abri de la pluie et des moustiques.

A truly magical escape! Château Saint-Émile is everything we hoped for and more. The home blends historic charm with modern comfort — from the vintage dining set to the cozy fireplace and luxurious bedding. Every room feels thoughtfully designed. We loved unwinding in the wood-burning hot tub and spending evenings by the fire pit under the stars. The private lake access was a dream — perfect for morning yoga, kayaking, and peaceful reflection. The location is ideal, just a short drive to both Tremblant and Montebello. Can’t wait to return! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Peter's place is a very unique Airbnb experience that you wouldn't get anywhere else. You have 40 acres of space all to yourself with well-maintained trails it feels like a private provincial park. The cabin itself is very cute and stuffed with evertything you might need. And as a bonus Peter was so kind to give us a lot of produce from his farm that we enjoyed eating during our stay. I definitely recommend staying a few days at Peter's place.

Beau chalet confortable et bien équipé. On a adoré notre séjour. Martha répondait rapidement à nos messages; lorsque la côte pour monter au chalet était glacée, elle a fait sabler sans délais.

Le chalet était magnifique, propre et bien équipé. L'endroit était paisible, nous y avons passé un superbe weekend. Marie-Pierre et Martin ont été des hôtes incroyablement gentils et avec qui il était agréable et facile de communiquer. Je recommande vivement leur chalet!

Beautiful place, better than the pictures. Serene and peaceful. Very clean. Had everything we wanted (breathtaking views, great sauna, as well as being close enough to visit Ottawa and Wakefield).
