For us this was perfect “home base” away from home full of old Swiss rustic charm and private. Very well equipped kitchen, home is spacious, clean and cozy, laundry room came really handy as well. Great location - away from hustle and bustle of Zurich but short distance from it and from the airport as well. Many great day trips possible within 5 min drive up to an hour drive. Grocery store 3 min walk away. Thomas is friendly and super easy to communicate with. We also found great restaurant 5-8 min drive - Gasthof zum Kreuz - shout out to the owner - very friendly made us feel like family - food was great, nice atmosphere and good prices. Grateful we got to experience it all.

Susanne is an amazing host and very helpful. She offers a very nice countryside house. I really recommend to anyone.

Nui und Stephan haben uns nicht nur freundlich empfangen, sie hatten uns zusätzlich einen frischen Zopf und viele weitere Leckereien bereit. Was für eine schöne Überraschung! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank! Im Haus hat es vier Schlafzimmer und sehr viel Platz zum Verweilen… Ideal für eine Gruppe. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Durch die ideale Lage, hatten wir eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in der nahen Umgebung. Da die nächsten Gäste erst einem Tag später anreisten, durften wir länger in der Wohnung bleiben… so genossen wir die warme Sonne auf der Terrasse, umgeben von Fliederduft… herrlich!

Mit insgesamt 8 Personen verbrachten wir ein Wochenende in Flumenthal. Alle Zimmer waren tadellos eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause. Die Küche ist klein und fein, die Nasszellen wurden vor nicht allzu langer Zeit schön renoviert. Die naturnahe Umgebung war sehr gepflegt. Eine grosse Pflanzenvielfalt bereichert den Garten. Bei dem warmen Wetter konnten wir den Sitzplatz geniessen und auf dem Grill ein feines Nacht vorbereiten. Das Haus ist gut erreichbar und liegt dennoch sehr ruhig. Es gibt keinen Durchgangsverkehr.

It was a marvellous expierience to witness the serene landacapes and the natural beauty of Switzerland. We were warmly welcomed by the house owner, Theres and had no inconveniences throughout the entire visit. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the beauty of Swiss.

Amazing host, thank you for all your help during our stay. The pictures don't do the house justice, it's fantastic and the area is amazing and peaceful. Only 30 mins on the tram into basel. Will stay here again when visiting the area, thanks Silvie for everything.

Es ist eine sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. In der Küche fehlt es definitiv an nichts. Das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick. Meine persönliche Empfehlung ist die Anreise mit dem Auto, dies wird jedoch auch von Beginn an durch die Gastgeberin mitgeteilt. Mit dem Auto ist der See wie auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Rundum den See gibt es tolle Spatzierwäge. Die Kommunikation mit Jacqueline ist hervorragend, sehr zuvorkommend und nett!

De woning is mooi, ruime kamers, twee badkamers, ruime keuken. Een wasruimte met een wasmachine en een droger. Strijkplank met ijzer was ook aanwezig. Een wasrek met knijpers zou handig zijn geweest. Badkamer was prima. De locatie is ideaal. 30 meter verderop is de bushalte die je naar hartje Luzern brengt. Contact met Sabrina was goed. Vanwege een lange reis vanuit Nederland die 's nachts plaatsvond konden we om 10 uur 's ochtends de woning al in, dit was top!

Carmen is a fab host and super responsive. She gave advise on things to do and other things that we asked. Kitchen is well equipped, washing mashing and dishwasher too!! We had a dog that loved the terrace but if your dog has a tendency to run off or ‘explore’ you’d need to keep an eye on them. Hiking trails straight from the door which is great! It’s a pretty steep climb up to the unit so a car is would be beneficial (unless you’re super fit lol). Loved our stay, only downside really was having to leave! Thank you Carmen

Eines der besten Airbnb Unterkünfte seit langem – wir waren zu zweit dort für eine Woche. Geräumiger Platz, sehr schick sowie stilvoll eingerichtet, und natürlich der Whirlpool auf der sehr großen Dachterasse ist ein Highlight - oder einfach mal den Abend vor dem gemütlichen Kaminfeuer verbringen. In direkter Nähe zu Fuß ist alles vorhanden (Geschäfte, Restaurants etc.) Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Unsere Besucher waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles war tiptop und problemlos.

Dieser Bungalow ist einfach ein absolutes Schmuckstück. Jedes Detail in diesem Haus zeugt von viel Liebe und Stil. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb total wohl und willkommen gefühlt. So war der Whirlpool bereits aufgeheizt und parat für uns. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles ist da. Weiter lädt das bequeme Sofa zu gemütlichen Abenden ein und später wartet ein sehr bequemes Bett auf einen. Fabienne ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die proaktiv kommuniziert und sehr grosszügig ist. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir haben unsere Ferien im stilvoll renovierten Bauernhaus sehr genossen! Die Aussicht und die Umgebung mit dem Rigibähnchen vor der Türe sind absolut traumhaft. Für unsere grössere Familie-/Feriengruppe war das gemütliche und schön eingerichtete Ferienhaus ideal. Ganz besonders schön war die Terrasse mit Abendsonne und Hotpot. Am Morgen / Mittag hatten wir Sonne auf dem anderen Sitzplatz auf der anderen Seite des Hauses. Die Gastgeberin Yvonne war sehr hilfsbereit, entgegenkommend und reagierte schnell auf Fragen und Anliegen.

It was a lovely family Christmas! The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The panorama from the living room to the lake and the mountains is amazing. The owner is very responsive, always responding quickly to messages. And an important moment for us - our youngest daughter forgot her phone in the apartment, and we discovered the loss only a few days later. The owner resolved this issue very quickly, the phone was even charged so that we could see its location. We are definitely ready to return here, with pleasure!

Lidiya ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und sehr gemütlich. Man spürt sofort, dass sie sich wirklich Mühe gibt, ihren Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Irene and husband were very welcoming. The apartment is spacious and well equipped- it even had a fondue kit and raclette oven. The area is quiet, yet well connected by public transport.

Roger und seine Frau Sandra haben ein wunderschönes und modernes Gästehaus. Vom Empfang bis zum Schluss waren die beiden immer äusserst höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Gästehaus ist mehr als gross genug und bietet auch entsprechende Privatsphäre - 10 von 10 Weiterempfehlung!

Der Aufenthalt im liebevoll gestalteten Tinyhouse war ein Traum! Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich. Sie haben schnell auf Fragen reagiert und man fühlte sich sofort wie zu Hause. Wir konnten im Teich schwimmen und den Abend am Feuer geniessen. Am Morgen gab es ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück im Bären. Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft!

È stato un soggiorno fantastico.. Denise è un Host straordinaria, gentile e sempre a disposizione dandoci un accoglienza calorosa. La posizione è bellissima con un panorama da mozzafiato completamente immersa nella natura. La casa era pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Inoltre Denise e Martin ci hanno deliziato con i loro prodotti come formaggio pane e latte fresco appena munto. Un'esperienza da rifare sicuramente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

We were a small group travelling from the UK preparing for a competition. The set up worked perfectly for us, the house was lovely and we were able to enjoy our stay. The hosts were so accommodating for our group, ensuring the set up and number of beds was suitable for us. The communication was great, and they couldn't be more helpful. Thank you so much!

Esther and Peter are very friendly and hospitality. Their lovely property is a detached house, we live on the first floor with shared entrance with them. The first floor flat is spacious, bright, warm and clean. It has everything we need for we cook several breakfast and dinners there. The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet; the nearest supermarket is about 5 mins by walking. The location is about less than one hour driving to Luzern and Zurich, while more than an hour to Rhine Fall. It is a good place for you to explore that area of Switzerland by driving. We will come back again and highly recommended this place.
