Most hosts and guests are respectful and responsible; this guide is designed to help uphold and strengthen those standards, and helps strata property managers and hosts to:
- Understand and follow local building rules
- Protect the wellbeing of the community around them
- Build positive relationships between hosts, building residents and guests
