Take advantage of the large shaded pool and BBQ area, as well as your private balcony overlooking the garden. Comfortable family unit and decorated with local scenery images this unit shows how much the we love the island. Only 5 minutes walk to Alma Bay (400m). We brought this unit because we love the location and our favourite complex!

Friendly Kookaburra's, Koala's in the trees, Wallabies & Possums in the evenings & some glorious butterflies.

Close by: - Alma Bay (4 mins walk) - Walking tracks - Arcadia Store (2 min drive) - IGA and Terminal (5 minute drive) - Arcadia Pub (5 min walk) *simple island apartment with everything you need.

Villa Cap Vilano is a spacious 2-Bedroom 2-bathroom holiday home located on Magnetic Island within the World Heritage listed Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. The Island is located 10k off the coast from Townsville in Queensland. Our home is surrounded by large tropical gardens. Native birds and wildlife are abundant. Welcome to Church House. A recently renovated 1920's Baptist Church for you to call your own. The apartment is at the rear of the Church proper (which now houses an architectural design studio).
